• Engagements for our services, except where a signed engagement agreement contains conflicting or additional terms. In case of conflict, the engagement agreement prevails.

An engagement exists only when a written agreement — such as an engagement letter or statement of work — has been signed by both parties. Until then, no professional relationship, duty, or obligation is created.
